Jay Eunji Lee is a picture book author and illustrator from Korea.
She studied Contemporary Art and Art Education in Korea, and received her MA in Sequential Design/Illustration (with Distinction) from the University of Brighton in 2014.

Her debut picture book, The Way to Outer Space, was published by Oxford University Press (UK), Learning Discovery (Australia), and Hansol Soobook (Korea). Since then, she has continued to write and illustrate numerous picture books, working across both independent and commissioned projects.

Jay’s illustrations are witty, vivid, and full of unique imagination — combining playful storytelling with a digitally refined touch.
